To reduce the incidence of homelessness among residents of the Virgin Islands, particularly those with substance abuse problems who are single men or women or single parents and their children. We provide food, shelter and support services on a long term basis. Our well qualified staff and volunteers provide these services with a human warmth and continuity unique to a small community facility.
