Our multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, and technicians are able to tailor and implement treatment plans based on the individual needs of our patients. We realize that treatment and recovery is an ongoing process that is taken in steps and that keeping patients engaged in treatment will offer them the greatest chance of success. Carolina House Eating Disorder Treatment Center
With treatment offered in a farmhouse setting in Durham, North Carolina, and a community-based day program and intensive outpatient center in Raleigh, North Carolina, Carolina House provides high quality care to those who struggle with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns. At each of our locations, we treat individuals aged 17 and older who have a minimum BMI of 13, have a partial motivation to obtain recovery, and who are able to independently carry out daily living skills. With a specific focus on treating anorexia, bulimia, and binge-eating disorder, Carolina House supplies an exceptional amount of therapeutic services to help bring about recovery in its clients. Therapies such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and 12-step programming are supplied to encourage clients to effectively sort through their emotions, and develop a strong footing in recovery. At Carolina House, a staff comprised of a psychiatrist, a physician, licensed therapists, nurses, an art therapist, and registered dieticians help clients put an end to their disordered eating habits and poor mental health. We offer outpatient programs for men and women aged 17 and older at our Raleigh location, where additional therapies including motivational interviewing and psychodynamic therapies are provided. The partial hospitalization program (PHP) is offered to the same demographic in Durham, and provides clients with medication management, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and experiential therapies. To round each level of care provided, Carolina House also offers a spiritual program, interpersonal groups, and yoga and mindfulness exercises for its clients.

Azure Acres Treatment Center
"Azure Acres is located in Sacramento, California. Our center treats adults ages 18 and older who struggle with substance abuse and/or co-occurring mental health conditions. We treat substance abuse that includes the abuse of alcohol, heroin, cocaine, opioids, and prescription drugs. We also provide care for those who are grappling with co-occurring disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, phobias, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and persistent depressive disorder. While we can serve a great deal of the adult population, Azure Acres is unable to treat those who battle with severe co-occurring disorders. At Azure Acres, we provide a variety of programming options, including outpatient care, as well as detox services. We also supply many different and proven-effective therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, 12-Step programming, individual therapy, and group therapy. Our outpatient care is provided at two separate locations, with one center in Santa Rosa and the other in Sacramento. At Azure Acres, counselors, addiction specialists, and detox professionals make up our team."
